Notwithstanding any other provision of this Section 26, changes may be made in the introduction, body or ending of a commercial made for a designated advertiser only to reflect a different package of the same product sold under the same brand name, but different versions so created may not be used in the same market area. Separate session fees shall be payable to on- and off-camera principal performers employed to render services in making such package changes; but for the purpose of use fees such commercial, including the package change, shall be considered as one commercial. It is the intention of this paragraph to permit changes to reflect the change in packaging only and not to permit any other change in the commercial message.
