INTRODUCTION, DURATION AND REVIEW OF THE AGREEMENT. 10.24.1 The Major Projects Agreement came into effect on 6th February 2003. 10.24.2 The Agreement shall not apply to work on contracts for which the employer has tendered before the effective date of this Agreement, except where agreed by the employer and the Parties hereto, and on the instruction of the Client. 10.24.3 The operation of this Agreement will be subject to a joint review by the Parties two years after its coming into effect and at other intervals as may be agreed by the Parties. 10.24.4 If either Party wishes to terminate the Agreement, or any signatory body wishes to withdraw from the Agreement, 12 months’ notice must be given.
