Common use of Invalid Claims Clause in Contracts

Invalid Claims. Any Settlement Class Member who fails to submit a timely, accurate, and fully completed, valid Claim Form, executed under penalty of perjury, shall not be entitled to receive a Settlement Claim Payment, but shall otherwise be bound by all of the terms in this Agreement, including the terms of the Final Approval Order and the Releases in this Agreement, and shall be permanently barred and enjoined from bringing any action, claim, or other proceeding of any kind against any Released Parties concerning any Released Claims.

Invalid Claims. Any Settlement Class Member who fails to submit a timely, accurate, and fully completedcompleted and correct, valid Claim Form, executed under penalty of perjury, Form shall not be entitled to receive a Settlement Claim Payment, but shall otherwise be bound by all of the terms in this Agreement, including the terms of the Final Approval Order and the Releases in this Agreement, and shall be permanently barred and enjoined from bringing any action, claim, or other proceeding of any kind against any Released Parties concerning any Released Claims.
