Common use of Invalid Provisions; Severability Clause in Contracts

Invalid Provisions; Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be fully severable, and the remainder of this Agreement shall be construed and enforced as if such illegal, invalid or unenforceable provision had never been a part of this Agreement.
