INVALIDATION OF INSURANCE/INCREASED PREMIUMS. Tenant shall not do anything or engage in any activity, or permit any condition to exist on or about the Premises which will cause the cancellation of or invalidate any insurance which Landlord may now or hereinafter have on the Shopping Center or the Premises. Further, Tenant shall not permit any condition or activity which may result in increased premiums payable by Landlord. -- 18.
