Invalidity and enforceability. (a) If any provision of this agreement is invalid under the law of any jurisdiction the provision is enforceable in that jurisdiction to the extent that it is not invalid, whether it is in severable terms or not.
(b) Clause 14.2(a) does not apply where enforcement of the provision of this agreement in accordance with clause 14.2(a) would materially affect the nature or effect of the parties’ obligations under this agreement.
Invalidity and enforceability. (a) If any provision of this deed is invalid under the law of any jurisdiction the provision is enforceable in that jurisdiction to the extent that it is not invalid, whether it is in severable terms or not.
(b) Clause 11.2(a) does not apply where enforcement of the provision of this deed in accordance with clause 11.2(a) would materially affect the nature or effect of the parties’ obligations under this deed.
Invalidity and enforceability. The provisions of this Award Agreement are severable and if one or more of the provisions of this Award Agreement shall be held invalid, illegal or otherwise unenforceable, in whole or in part, the remaining provisions shall nonetheless be binding and enforceable; provided, however, that to the extent permissible by law, any provisions which could be deemed null and void shall first be construed, interpreted or revised retroactively to permit this Award Agreement to be construed so as to xxxxxx the intent of this Award Agreement and the 2014 Plan.
Invalidity and enforceability. (a) Any provision of the Contract which is invalid or unenforceable will not affect the remaining provisions of the Contract which remain in full force and effect.
(b) If any provision of the Contract is found to be invalid or unenforceable but would be valid or enforceable if some part of the provision were deleted, the provision in question will apply with such modification as may be necessary to make it valid.
Invalidity and enforceability. The invalidity or unenforceability of any term of this Agreement does not affect the validity or enforceability of any other term of this Agreement and the invalid or unenforceable term is severable.

Invalidity and enforceability. If any term or part of this Agreement is or becomes for any reason invalid or unenforceable at law, then in that event, that term or part of this Agreement will be and be hereby deemed to be severed from this Agreement without thereby affecting the remainder of this Agreement and the remainder of this Agreement will continue to be valid and enforceable in all things.
Invalidity and enforceability. 19.1 It is the intention of the parties hereto that this Deed shall be enforceable to the fullest extent allowed by law. In the event that a court having jurisdiction holds any provision of this Deed to be invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, the parties hereto agree that, if allowed by law, that provision shall be reduced to the degree necessary to render it valid and enforceable without affecting the rest of this Deed.
