Common use of Invalidity and enforceability Clause in Contracts

Invalidity and enforceability. The provisions of this Award Agreement are severable and if one or more of the provisions of this Award Agreement shall be held invalid, illegal or otherwise unenforceable, in whole or in part, the remaining provisions shall nonetheless be binding and enforceable; provided, however, that to the extent permissible by law, any provisions which could be deemed null and void shall first be construed, interpreted or revised retroactively to permit this Award Agreement to be construed so as to xxxxxx the intent of this Award Agreement and the 2014 Plan.
