Invalidity and Severability. If any provisions of this Agreement ------------------------------ are held invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the other provisions of this Agreement, and, to that extent, the provisions of this Agreement are intended to be and shall be deemed severable. In particular and without limiting the foregoing sentence, if any provision of Paragraph 10 of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable by reason of geographic or business scope or the duration thereof, such invalidity or unenforceability shall attach only to such provisions and shall not affect or render invalid or unenforceable any other provisions of this Agreement, and any such provision of this Agreement shall be construed as if the geographic or business scope or the duration of such provision had been more narrowly drawn so as not to be invalid or unenforceable.
