The obligations of the Guarantor under Article IV hereof shall fail to remain in full force or effect or any action shall be taken to discontinue or to assert the invalidity or unenforceability of any of such obligations, or the Guarantor shall deny that it has any further liability under such Article IV, or shall give notice to such effect.
