Common use of Invalidity or unenforceability of a term Clause in Contracts

Invalidity or unenforceability of a term. If any of the provisions of this Agreement or the application thereof are invalid or unenforceable in any respect, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions thereof shall in no way be affected, prejudiced or disturbed thereby. As used in this subsection, the term “provision” shall mean any part of any paragraph, sentence or clause contained in this Agreement.
