Common use of Invention, Confidentiality, Non-Competition, and Non-Solicitation Clause in Contracts

Invention, Confidentiality, Non-Competition, and Non-Solicitation. In consideration of both Employee’s initial and continued employment with the Company, of the consideration paid to Employee in connection with Employee’s employment with the Company and of the positions that Employee now holds or may in the future hold, which may include having access to, or learning information concerning, the business activities of the Company and acquiring confidential or otherwise proprietary facts and information concerning technological and other activities of the Company, Employee agrees to the provisions of this Section 2.
