INVENTIONS AND CREATIVE WORKS. 10.1 The Executive acknowledges that because of the nature of his duties and the particular responsibilities arising as a result of such duties which he owes to the Company and the Group Companies he has a special obligation to further the interests of the Company and the Group Companies. In particular the duties of the Executive may include reviewing the products and services of the Company and Group Companies with a view to improving them by new and/or original ideas and inventions and implementing such improvements.
