Inventions; Company Property. 7.1 All rights in Inventions which Employee conceives, makes or obtains either alone or with others during his employment by Company or its Affiliates (both before and after the Effective Date of this Agreement) and within six months after his employment ends, are and shall be the property of Company except as set forth in Section 7.2 hereof.
