Common use of Inventorship and Ownership of Inventions Clause in Contracts

Inventorship and Ownership of Inventions. Except as otherwise expressly stated to the contrary herein, the ownership of all Intellectual Property made, conceived, reduced to practice or otherwise arising under or in connection with this Agreement will be determined in accordance with inventorship. Inventorship of all Intellectual Property will be determined in accordance with the applicable patent laws of the United States.
