Except as set forth on Schedule 4.29 and as permitted by Section 5.15, store the inventory or Equipment of Parent or its Subsidiaries that are Loan Parties at any time now or hereafter with a bailee, warehouseman, or similar party unless such bailee, warehouseman, or similar party has first provided Agent with a Collateral Access Agreement.
