Common use of Inventory and Property Clause in Contracts

Inventory and Property. Equipment, vehicles and furnishings for Snohomish County 911’s operation shall be acquired as provided by law. If any Participating Agency provides equipment or furnishings for Snohomish County 911’s use, title to the same shall rest with the respective local entity unless that equipment or furnishing is acquired by Snohomish County 911. The Executive Director shall maintain and bi-annually update an inventory of equipment and furnishings owned by, leased or temporarily assigned to Snohomish County 911, and the values thereof. In event of dissolution or termination of Snohomish County 911, assigned or loaned items shall be returned to the lending entity and all other items or funds derived from the sale thereof shall be distributed to Principals as described in Section 20.
