Inventory and Technical Support. It is an express condition of State to require any contractor to maintain and or have access to a reasonable stock of materials and equipment preferably on hand for the performance of this contract once awarded by the State. Failure to maintain such an inventory will constitute a contract violation and may result in cancellation of the contract. The contractor must provide qualified technicians and have sufficient inventory in order to provide a high profile quality service, so that repairs, maintenance, etc. can be completed with a minimum amount of down time and to ensure that repairs can be completed as soon as possible. The State may inspect the maintenance facilities of the contractor to determine adequacy and compliance before making an award for this contract and or at any time.
