Common use of Inventory Count; Perpetual Inventory System Clause in Contracts

Inventory Count; Perpetual Inventory System. Each Loan Party will conduct sufficient physical cycle counts of the Inventory of such Loan Party in order to render unqualified opinions on its financial statements in accordance with the terms of the Credit Agreement. Unless waived by the Administrative Agent, each Loan Party will maintain at all times a reporting system, in form and substance satisfactory to Administrative Agent, to report Inventory values to Administrative Agent. (d)
