Common use of Inventory Financing Sublimit Tranche Clause in Contracts

Inventory Financing Sublimit Tranche. (a) It will provide prompt notice of any change, amendment or modification that occurs with respect to a Hedging Agreement or sales contract related to Financed Eligible Inventory to the extent that such change, amendment or modification relates to the timing or amount of payments thereunder or would cause a prepayment to be required under Section 2.11(d).
