Inventory of Hazardous Materials. Each Borrower shall procure that the Ship owned by it has, from the date the Borrower which owns that Ship is legally obliged to do so, obtained an Inventory of Hazardous Material, in respect of said Ship which shall be maintained until the Loan has been fully repaid.
