INVENTORY OF MINISTER’S EQUIPMENT. .1 The Minister will turn over to the Property Manager at the start of the Contract, an inventory of equipment and supplies, which shall be confirmed and maintained by the Property Manager. .2 Upon expiry or termination of the Contract, the Property Manager shall turn over to the Minister the inventory or provide the current replacement cost of any equipment and supplies not suitably maintained or returned to the Minister. Used materials from tenant improvements shall not be included.
