INVENTORY OF USED VEHICLES. Buyer intends to purchase Seller's entire inventory of used vehicles, as that inventory exists at Closing. However, Buyer shall not be obligated to purchase any used vehicle for which Buyer and Seller are unable to agree upon a purchase price.
