Inventory Reports. Within 30 days after the end of each calendar quarter, a quarterly report showing (with respect to the Encumbered Timeshare Product): (i) all sales of Timeshare Inventory (including cash sales); (ii) all remaining available inventory of Units and Timeshare Inventory; and (iii) a schedule of sales prices per Vacation Point (based on historical data). Such reports shall be certified by Borrower to be true, correct and complete and shall be provided in a form to be reasonably approved by Lender.
