Common use of Invested Capital Clause in Contracts

Invested Capital. The amount calculated by multiplying the total number of Shares purchased by Stockholders by the issue price at the time of such purchase, reduced by the portion of (i) any Net Sales Proceeds paid to owners as a Distribution and (ii) any Net Sales Proceeds paid by the Company to repurchase Shares pursuant to the Company’s Share repurchase plan. Joint Ventures. The joint venture, co-ownership or partnership arrangements in which the Company is a co-venturer, co-owner or general partner which are established to acquire or hold Assets.
