Common use of Invested Capital Clause in Contracts

Invested Capital. The term “Invested Capital” shall be defined as the amount of money and the fair market value of other property (determined as of the date of contribution and net of liabilities secured by such property that the Partnership assumes or to which the Partnership’s ownership of the property is subject) contributed to the Partnership by a Partner as capital pursuant to Section 4.1, including contributions when the Partnership is formed and any subsequent contributions.
