Investigating Security Issues. After acceptance, the Authorized User reserves the right to perform Vulnerability Scanning and Penetration Testing at any time during the term of the Authorized User Agreement, if security issues are discovered, by either Party, or reasonably suspected, Contractor shall assist the Authorized User in performing an investigation to determine the nature of the issue.
