Investigating suspected violations. In any case of a suspected violation brought to his knowledge, the Officer shall act to investigate the facts together with a special-purpose team to be appointed by the Chief Financial & Operating Officer, and if it transpires that there was a failure and a violation has occurred, he shall examine the reasons for the failure.
