Investigation of Suspected Breaches and Security Incidents. CONTRACTOR shall immediately investigate any and all suspected breaches of, or security incidents involving, PSEI or PHI. Within seventy-two (72) hours after the discovery of such suspected breach or security incident, CONTRACTOR shall submit an updated “Privacy Incident Report” containing the applicable information to the extent known at that time.
