Investigation; Suspension. 3.1. IFS have the right to investigate potential violations of the AUP. If IFS acting reasonably determines that a repeated or material breach has occurred, then IFS may, in its reasonable discretion: (a) restrict Customer’s and Users’ access to the Services; (b) remove or require removal of any offending Content; (c) Suspend the Services in whole or in part; (d) Terminate the Services for cause; and/or (e) exercise other rights and remedies available to it.
