Investigation; Suspension. Employer may suspend Executive with pay pending (a) an investigation as described in Paragraph 1(d)(viii), or (b) a determination by the Board whether Executive has engaged in acts or omissions constituting Cause. Such a paid suspension shall not constitute a termination of Executive’s employment, or Good Reason. Executive agrees to cooperate with Employer in connection with any such investigation.
