Investigations Regarding Hazardous Materials. None of the operations of any Covered Person are the subject of investigation by any Governmental Authority regarding the improper transportation, storage, disposal, generation or release into the environment of any Hazardous Material, the results of which have or are reasonably likely to have a Material Adverse Effect on such Covered Person, or reduce materially the value of the Collateral.

Investigations Regarding Hazardous Materials. None of the operations of any Covered Person are are, or in the past six years have been, the subject of investigation by any Governmental Authority regarding the improper transportation, storage, disposal, generation or release into the environment of any Hazardous Material, the results of which have or are reasonably likely to have a Material Adverse Effect on such Covered Person, or reduce materially the value of the Collateral.

Investigations Regarding Hazardous Materials. None of the operations of any Covered Person are are, or in the past six years have been, the subject of investigation by any Governmental Authority regarding the improper transportation, storage, disposal, generation or release into the environment of any Hazardous Material, the results of which have or are reasonably likely to have a Material Adverse Effect on such Covered Person, or reduce materially the value of the Collateralsuch Covered Person's Personal Property.

None Except as disclosed in the environmental reports listed on section 10.10 of the Disclosure Schedule, none of the operations of any Covered Person are are, or in the past six years have been, the subject of investigation by any Governmental Authority regarding the improper transportation, storage, disposal, generation or release into the environment of any Hazardous Material, the results of which have or are reasonably likely to have a Material Adverse Effect on such Covered Person, or reduce materially the value of the Collateral.
