Common use of Investigators, Experts, Expert Witnesses Clause in Contracts

Investigators, Experts, Expert Witnesses. Attorney shall submit for prior approval by the Contract Administrator any request for appointment of an Investigator or hiring of an Expert or Expert Witness. Attorney will be responsible for reviewing and certifying xxxxxxxx prior to payment by the County. The request shall include the following: • Defendants name and correct case number • Name and address of the proposed investigator or expert witness. If there is a request for an expert witness, the curriculum vitae must be included • A list of the number of essential witnesses requested and the approximate hours that will be required • Any potential travel time • A total amount of funds previously received • A current financial affidavit • A proposed order
