Investing Pool Interests as Personal Property. Each Member hereby agrees that its Investing Pool Interests shall for all purposes be personal property. The Investing Pool shall be the sole owner of the property and rights conveyed to it. No Member has any interest in specific Investing Pool property, including property conveyed to the Investing Pool by a Member.
