Common use of Investment Advisory Fee Clause in Contracts

Investment Advisory Fee. The Adviser shall receive, as compensation for its services, a fee, accrued daily and payable monthly at annual rate of 1.25% of Fund’s average net assets up to $300 million and 1.00% of average net assets thereafter.
