INVESTMENT ADVISORY FEES. All fees paid to AEWM for financial planning services are separate and distinct from asset management fees charged by an investment advisor to implement such recommendations. If Client elects to implement recommendations made as part of this Agreement through AEWM, Client and AEWM will enter into a separate written agreement governing such services.
