Common use of INVESTMENT ADVISORY FEES Clause in Contracts

INVESTMENT ADVISORY FEES. (a) As compensation for the advice and services rendered and the expenses assumed by the Adviser pursuant hereto, each Fund shall pay to the Adviser a fee computed at the annual rate set forth on Schedule A hereto, as such schedule may be amended from time to time. (b) The Adviser may from time to time agree to waive its fees and/or reimburse a Fund for its expenses. (c) The investment advisory fee shall be accrued daily by each Fund and paid to the Adviser at the end of each calendar month. (d) In the case this Agreement becomes effective or terminates with respect to any Fund before the end of any month, the investment advisory fee for that month shall be calculated on the basis of the number of business days during which it is in effect for that month.
