Investment and Availability of Federal Funds. Upon agreement between the Trust and the Custodian, the Custodian shall, upon the receipt of proper instructions, which may be continuing instructions when deemed appropriate by the parties, invest in such securities and instruments as may be set forth in such instructions on the same day as received all federal funds received after a time agreed upon between the Custodian and the Trust.
