Common use of Investment Banking and Finder's Fees Clause in Contracts

Investment Banking and Finder's Fees. Neither Holdings nor any of its Subsidiaries shall pay or agree to pay, or reimburse any other party with respect to, any investment banking or similar or related fee, underwriter’s fee, finder’s fee, or broker’s fee to any Person in connection with this Agreement, except fees payable to the Agent and the Arrangers as described in the Fee Letter.
