Common use of Investment by a Trust Clause in Contracts

Investment by a Trust. If a trust is making an investment in a Certificate, each trustee must sign the Purchase Application. By furnishing this Certification of Trust, you represent and certify that the trust powers may be exercised by the persons identified in Part I and that the trust identified in Part I has not been revoked, modified or amended in any manner that would cause this certification of trust to be incorrect or incomplete.
