Common use of Investment by Purchaser Clause in Contracts

Investment by Purchaser. Purchaser’s beneficial interest in the Trust Estate is being acquired by it for its own account, for investment and not with a view to any resale or distribution thereof, provided, however, that, subject to the restrictions on transfer set forth in Section 10 of the Participation Agreement, the disposition by Purchaser of its beneficial interest in the Trust Estate shall at all times be within its control.
