Common use of Investment Capital Accounts Clause in Contracts

Investment Capital Accounts. Until the date on which the Investment Distributions occur, the General Partner shall maintain the separate Investment Capital Accounts of the Original Partners, adjusted to take into account items of Fund Net Profits and Fund Net Losses allocated to such Partners under Article VI, in accordance with the principles of the Initial Partnership Agreement.
