The web pages that make up the Investment Company Web Site (as defined below) contain intellectual property, including, but not limited to, copyrighted works, trademarks and trade dress, that is the property of the Trust. The Trust retains all rights in the intellectual property that resides on the Investment Company Web Site, not including any intellectual property provided by or otherwise obtained from ALPS.
