Common use of Investment Fees and Expenses Clause in Contracts

Investment Fees and Expenses. The Bank may charge the Tenant, the Debt Service Fund, the Project Fund, or any other special fund from which an investment is made, for any fees and expenses incurred in making such investment and the Bank may make any investment pursuant to this Section through its money management or short-term investment department.
