Common use of Investment Fund Clause in Contracts

Investment Fund. An account of the Separate Account to which all or a portion of the amounts held under this Contract may be allocated. Any communication to the Company with respect to this Contract, regardless of how referred to in this Contract, including, but not limited to: requests for benefits, transfers, withdrawals or information; elections of annuity or death benefit settlement options; designations of Beneficiaries; and allocations of contributions.
