Common use of Investment in New Securities Clause in Contracts

Investment in New Securities. Sub-Adviser shall provide assistance to the Adviser and the Custodian, and any such other parties as the Adviser may reasonably request from time to time, to enable the proper set up of new securities purchased by or held by the Fund, unless such assistance is prohibited, including by, but not limited to, contractual obligations to data vendors.
