Common use of Investment in Other Investment Companies Clause in Contracts

Investment in Other Investment Companies. To either invest all or a portion of the property of the Trust or, as applicable, the property of one or more Series of the Trust, or sell all or a portion of such property and invest the proceeds of such sales, in one or more other investment companies, in each case without any requirement of approval by Shareholders, to the extent not prohibited by the 1940 Act. Except as otherwise provided by the 1940 Act or other applicable law, this Declaration of Trust or the Bylaws, any action to be taken by the Trustees may be taken by a majority of the Trustees present at a meeting of Trustees (a quorum, consisting of at least a majority of the Trustees then in office, being present), within or without Ohio, including (to the extent permissible under the 0000 Xxx) any meeting held by means of a conference telephone or other communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other at the same time and participation by such means shall constitute presence in person at a meeting, or by written consents of a majority of the Trustees then in office (or such larger or different number as may be required by the 1940 Act or other applicable law).
