Investment Manager, etc. (a) The Administrative Agent shall at all times be entitled to accept and act upon Borrowing Requests and payment instructions received from an Authorized Officer of the Borrower or the Investment Manager designated in a certificate of the Borrower to that effect provided from time to time to the Administrative Agent (in the form provided in Section 4.1.1(a)(ii)).
