Common use of Investment Manager’s Fee Clause in Contracts

Investment Manager’s Fee. As compensation for providing investment management services to all or any portion of the Trust Property, any Investment Manager appointed by the Manager from time to time shall be entitled to receive management fees in respect of each class or series of a class of Units calculated in such manner and payable at such times as the Manager and the Investment Manager may agree upon from time to time pursuant to a written agreement and subject to the requirements of applicable Securities Legislation. As at the date hereof, the Manager does not intend to appoint an Investment Manager for the Trust.
