Investment of Assets Held in Securities and Cash. Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, the Company and the Manager, and not the Trading Advisor, shall have the sole and exclusive authority and responsibility with regard to the investment, maintenance and management of the Company’s assets other than in respect of the Trading Advisor’s trading of the Company’s assets in commodity interests.
