Investment of Cash Available for Distribution. Pending distribution, funds held by the Partnership that are required to be distributed pursuant to Section 5.2 may, in the General Partner’s discretion, be invested in cash (or cash equivalents), interest bearing accounts, money market funds or instruments or other liquid securities that are intended to provide for the preservation of capital.
